As a result of the Planning Permission we received, late 2009, City Gates has put together a full team of advisers, including: architects, structural engineers, building services engineers, sound experts, etc. They are currently working on the development of the initial Outline Plans, changing them into the Detailed Plans, before we can actually begin construction.

Detailed Planning involves the team carrying out comprehensive reviews of our plans, including the overall costs, to confirm we remain on target with our total budget of £8m. This target will comprise of construction, fees and fittings etc…
